We are committed to handling your information fairly, lawfully and transparently, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you contact us
If you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:
- your name and business name
- your email address and, optionally, your phone number
- your current website address
- the service you are interested in, your approximate budget and your project details
Please do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
When you browse the website
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information needed to deliver web pages securely, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We will never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as:
- Website hosting and form handling — this website is hosted by Netlify, which also processes contact form submissions on our behalf.
- Email and business software — providers we use to receive and manage correspondence and records.
- Professional advisers — such as accountants or legal advisers, where necessary.
These providers act on our instructions and are required to protect your information. We may also disclose information where required by law.
International transfers
Some of our service providers, including Netlify, may process information outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client and financial records: for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, typically six years after the end of our working relationship.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use your information
- object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests
- ask for your information to be transferred to another organisation, where applicable

Complaints
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we use reputable providers and sensible access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take appropriate steps to protect what you share with us.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we introduce analytics. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
